• a warm-up is merely a practice session gradually approached
• Long Tones

Fundamental Suggestions:

• Never practice, always perform.
• When recovering from time off the horn start back slowly with mouthpiece buzzing for 15 minutes a day 2 or 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days.
• Always try for a free-produced musical quality sound
